About the job
Supports semiconductor capacity planning by translating product forecasts and technical requirements into equipment and manufacturing capacity plans, identifying constraints, and recommending actions.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain capacity forecasts; analyze demand, supply, utilization, equipment availability, and deployment constraints.
- Prepare scenarios, reports, dashboards, and recommendations for capacity reviews with internal teams and external partners.
- Track commitments, deliveries, risks, and planning assumptions; reconcile data and escalate capacity gaps with mitigation options.

$100,000–$110,000 USD base salary; 20% target bonus; $55,000–$65,000 USD initial new-hire RSU grant
