What you'll do
- Collect, validate, analyze, and report compensation and benefits data; maintain trackers and process documentation.
- Support benefits operations and HR systems workflows, including data-quality reviews and reporting improvements.
- Complete a defined internship project and present data-backed results and recommendations.
