What you'll do
- Mentor and develop TPMs, align execution methods, and maintain portfolio-wide program visibility.
- Drive program planning, milestone and dependency management, risk mitigation, and readiness at tapeout, power-on, and production release.
- Communicate program status and decisions with executives, stakeholders, external partners, and customers; lead programs directly when needed.
