Supports day-to-day facilities operations across offices and labs, coordinating maintenance, space and equipment planning, safety processes, vendors, documentation, and an internship project.
What you'll do
- Coordinate service requests, work orders, maintenance, vendor visits, deliveries, access, and equipment moves.
- Maintain facilities records and prepare Excel analyses, dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Complete a mentored internship project, track its impact, and present results and recommendations.
