About the job
Leads development and production support of ATE test solutions for complex mixed-signal SoCs, from test strategy and initial samples through high-volume manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Define SoC test strategy and plans in collaboration with design teams; develop ATE programs and hardware for wafer sort and final test.
- Select tester platforms and develop, bring up, debug, and correlate ATE solutions with lab measurements.
- Own product test through manufacturing ramp, optimizing test time and tester resources while maintaining product quality.
