About the job

Architects and designs high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for SerDes, PHY, and high-speed I/O products, leading them from concept through silicon bring-up.

What you'll do

  • Design circuits such as PLLs, LDOs, references, SerDes building blocks, ADCs/DACs, and clocking; drive schematic design, layout supervision, and verification across PVT corners.
  • Lead silicon bring-up, characterization, debug, and test planning in collaboration with validation and product engineering.
  • Set design practices, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers.

What they ask for

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design.
  • Track record designing high-speed analog circuits in advanced CMOS/FinFET nodes.
  • Strong understanding of physical-layer design, signal integrity, and high-speed I/O; proficiency with industry-standard design and simulation tools and layout/parasitic-aware design.

Nice to have

  • Experience taking multiple designs through production tape-out and high-volume manufacturing.
  • Expertise in high-speed serial links and PHY architectures, silicon debug, ATE test development, design-for-test, or technical mentoring and design reviews.
