Provides customer-facing technical support for Aries PCIe retimers, including system debugging, validation, documentation, and feedback to product engineering.
What you'll do
- Support customer evaluation, deployment, training, and adoption of Aries PCIe retimers.
- Lead debugging, root-cause analysis, lab bring-up, and validation of PCIe issues in customer systems.
- Create technical documentation and relay customer feedback to engineering and product teams.
