Leads development and post-silicon product engineering for high-speed, high-performance, low-power semiconductor products, including ATE testing, validation, and manufacturing qualification.
What you'll do
- Develop and support ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test, monitoring yield, test time, and device quality.
- Analyze test data and troubleshoot device issues using system-level analysis of test hardware, test programs, and DUTs.
- Perform product and package qualification and support delivery of quality parts through manufacturing.

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering; strong technical background in the field.
- Hands-on experience with Advantest 93k ATE or a similar platform, including updating test programs for wafer sort and final test.
Nice to have
- Hands-on knowledge of NRZ/PAM4 SerDes protocols such as PCIe (Gen3 and above) or Ethernet (25G and above), and/or (LP)DDR5/4.
- Experience working with silicon validation teams; firmware development in C/C++, scripting in Python, or equivalent programming experience.
