Develops and executes post-silicon electrical validation for connectivity products, automating tests and diagnosing issues to certify performance and production readiness.
What you'll do
- Define validation plans; automate IC- and board-level testing and design experiments to identify root causes.
- Analyze and report test results against specifications, quantify performance margins, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Validate parametric compliance and help ensure robust, production-ready designs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- ≥10 years experience supporting or developing complex SoC/silicon products for Server, Storage, and/or Networking applications.
- Experience debugging and bringing up complex SoCs with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe/802.3 Ethernet; knowledge of high-speed design blocks and signaling.
- Strong Python scripting and object-oriented programming; basic dev ops using git; proficiency with BERT, Oscilloscope, and VNA.
Nice to have
- Experience in system testing, characterization, margin analysis, and optimization of high-speed links; familiarity with PCIe or Ethernet compliance and signal integrity.
- Working knowledge of C or C++ for embedded FW; familiarity with IEEE 802.3x, serial data specifications, PCB tools, or simulation tools.
