What you'll do
- Investigate product issues using logs and lab reproduction, document findings, and coordinate with engineering teams.
- Create and update product collateral, including datasheets, application notes, integration guidance, and training materials.
- Support firmware/software regression and interoperability testing; analyze results and report outcomes.
