What you'll do
- Analyze product, yield, correlation, and test data; help debug automated test equipment failures and investigate quality issues.
- Assist with statistical analysis, test limits, margin analysis, and technical reports; participate in board and test-hardware design reviews.
- Collaborate across engineering and operations teams, document findings, and present internship project results.
