About the job
Supports the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing candidates, coordinating recruiting activities, maintaining candidate records, and improving recruiting processes.
What you'll do
- Research candidates and build role-specific sourcing strategies using keywords, Boolean searches, and approved channels.
- Support candidate outreach, interview coordination, campus recruiting, and accurate recordkeeping in recruiting systems.
- Track sourcing activity, improve workflows, and own and present a defined internship project.

$35/hour to $55/hour (hourly rate); $500-per-week (housing/relocation stipend)
