Supports and improves the systems, data, reporting, and processes used by Sales Operations, translating business needs into scalable workflows and insights.
What you'll do
- Administer and improve Sales Operations systems, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Analyze processes and data to identify improvements in efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
- Coordinate requirements, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and adoption of system and reporting changes.
