Leads Astera Labs’ global Environmental Health & Safety programs and strengthens emergency preparedness and crisis management across offices and laboratories.
What you'll do
- Develop and continuously improve global EH&S strategy, policies, compliance systems, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
- Lead emergency planning, response teams, drills, training, and crisis-management initiatives across global locations.
- Advise company leaders and partner with internal teams, vendors, and regulators to drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

- 10+ years of progressive experience leading EH&S programs in technology, semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environments.
- Experience developing and managing global EH&S programs across multiple locations and supporting engineering laboratories, hardware development, or related technical operations.
