Build and lead Astera Labs’ global safety and security program to protect employees, facilities, executives, intellectual property, and business operations worldwide.
What you'll do
- Develop the global security strategy, governance, policies, risk frameworks, and scalable security organization.
- Lead physical security, executive protection, GSOC operations, travel risk and duty of care, and security technology.
- Develop and lead incident response and crisis management programs; coordinate responses to significant events.
