Helps SG&A teams identify, prototype, test, and adopt AI-enabled workflows that improve business processes.
What you'll do
- Interview SG&A stakeholders, map workflows, and identify opportunities for AI or automation.
- Build and test AI-enabled workflow prototypes, gather user feedback, and iterate.
- Document solutions, support adoption, and track outcomes such as time saved and user satisfaction.
