Sets and executes global sourcing strategy for OSAT, advanced packaging, and package substrates, securing suppliers, capacity, cost, and supply continuity for semiconductor products.
What you'll do
- Lead supplier selection, RFQs, negotiations, and commercial agreements with OSAT and substrate suppliers.
- Build product cost models and cost-reduction roadmaps while securing capacity and raw materials across the supply chain.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Legal on supplier qualification, NPI, and supply continuity.
