Own a defined talent-management project and support the design, coordination, and improvement of talent programs and processes.
What you'll do
- Manage a scoped project, including milestones, priorities, progress updates, and deliverables.
- Support talent programs and workshops, from preparation through follow-up.
- Coordinate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders; identify process improvements and communicate outcomes.
