Supports the Finance Systems team by administering and scaling financial platforms, documenting workflows, training employees, and troubleshooting system issues.
What you'll do
- Administer user accounts and permissions in NetSuite, Ramp, and other financial systems; troubleshoot internal support tickets.
- Maintain system documentation and training materials, and conduct employee onboarding sessions.
- Test platform updates and integrations, and identify opportunities to improve or automate workflows.
