What you'll do
- Track program budgets, actuals, and forecasts; deliver variance analysis and actionable insights.
- Partner with leaders on headcount planning, resource allocation, and spend management; build reporting tools and dashboards.
- Support monthly and quarterly close in coordination with Accounting and Finance.
