Leads the team that develops vehicle test software, frameworks, and hardware-in-the-loop testbeds to verify spacecraft from panel integration through full spacecraft checkout.
What you'll do
- Lead vehicle test execution and improve test frameworks and integration processes across spacecraft subsystems.
- Oversee HITL testbeds from design and procurement through integration, validation, and ongoing support; coordinate requirements, timelines, and budgets with other teams.
- Drive test automation and efficiency improvements, and assist with recruiting and hiring.
