What you'll do
- Lead manufacturing execution across assigned teams, shifts, programs, or functional areas, including cGMP compliance, safety, and patient-supply delivery.
- Manage capacity, staffing, training, performance, operational risks, and timely support and closure of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Develop leaders and drive inspection readiness, technology transfer, continuous improvement, and future commercial readiness.
