Director, Astra Marketing Strategy Delivery Lead

What you'll do

• Define the product strategy, operating model, and roadmap; translate marketer needs into connected AI-driven workflows.
• Lead agentic architecture, data and platform integration, and responsible AI governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery, adoption, and measurement of product and business outcomes.

What they ask for

• At least a Bachelor's in marketing, business, data science, computer science, engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in relevant roles, including 3-5 years leading cross-functional teams or complex transformation programs.
• Experience designing or delivering marketing strategy planning, execution, and performance-review capabilities, including AI-driven products and workflows.
• Fluency in agentic AI frameworks and hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as AWS AgentCore and Databricks agentic solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with brand planning, omnichannel marketing, customer engagement, or commercial analytics across multiple brands or markets.
