What you'll do
- Lead the operating model, governance, team, and performance management for end-to-end Vein-to-Vein operations.
- Oversee real-time journey monitoring, slot execution, traceability, exception management, and logistics-provider coordination.
- Drive operational readiness, digital enablement, customer experience, and scale-up for new studies, regions, and commercial operations.
