About the job
Leads the strategy and delivery of clinical learning for US Medical teams across the BBU portfolio, improving launch readiness, scientific capability, and external engagement.
What you'll do
- Set and deliver portfolio-wide learning strategy, curricula, onboarding, launch readiness, and field coaching.
- Establish learning governance, compliance standards, assessments, and measures of readiness and impact.
- Partner across Medical and other functions; manage budgets, vendors, platforms, and adoption of learning initiatives.
