Head of Enterprise Digital Engineering

What you'll do

• Set platform strategy, portfolio roadmaps and investment priorities; manage platforms as products and balance shared standards with domain needs.
• Build and scale platform engineering and forward-deployed teams, reusable services, automation and self-service capabilities, including responsible AI services.
• Own platform service performance, adoption, resilience, security, cost and lifecycle; measure value and develop multidisciplinary leadership teams.

What they ask for

• Significant senior leadership experience across digital platforms, platform engineering, cloud services or enterprise technology products.
• Experience building, scaling or operating shared technology platforms in a large, complex organisation and leading a product-oriented platform operating model.
• Track record enabling teams through reusable platforms, automation and self-service; leading multidisciplinary teams; and owning roadmaps, investments, service performance and customer outcomes.
• Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, information technology or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience scaling generative AI, machine learning or intelligent platform services.

Pay

$258,157.60 - 387,236.40 USD (base salary)
