Operate and support biologic manufacturing processes and equipment in a 24/7 production facility, following established procedures and cGMP requirements.
What you'll do
- Operate processing equipment for solution preparation, cell culture, purification, formulation, and related activities; follow SOPs, MPRs, SPRs, and cGMP documentation requirements.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, participate in root cause analysis, and support non-routine problem solving.
- Complete work orders in MES, support SOP updates, train on the production floor, and lead indirect processing activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
