Manages assigned SaaS implementation workstreams within customer programs, coordinating delivery, customer communication, and post-go-live needs while helping improve the delivery playbook.
What you'll do
- Maintain workstream plans, trackers, RAID logs, documentation, and status reporting; track actions and risks through to closure.
- Coordinate customer and internal meetings and delivery work across Solution Engineering, testing, and Product Engineering; raise issues early.
- Support hypercare close-out and post-go-live implementation needs, and contribute templates, checklists, and process improvements.
