Leads AstraZeneca’s global Cell Therapy Delivery team to manage supplier risk and relationships, secure direct materials, and build resilient supply networks from clinical development through commercial delivery.
What you'll do
- Develop and lead supplier risk and Supplier Relationship Management frameworks, including supplier assessments, governance, performance monitoring and continuity planning.
- Lead critical supplier partnerships and direct-materials supply assurance, addressing escalations, delivery performance, dual sourcing and supplier readiness for scale.
- Build and develop a global team, embedding analytics, digital capabilities and AI in supplier risk and performance management.
