Senior Director, Testing & Quality Engineering - Evinova

What you'll do

• Consolidate distributed testing teams into a unified organization, establish director-level leadership, and set portfolio-wide GA-readiness standards.
• Set the test automation roadmap and work hands-on with frameworks, test pipelines, CI/CD configurations, and quality metrics.
• Build GxP traceability and audit readiness, and establish AI evaluation, model regression testing, output validation, and human-review practices.

What they ask for

• At least 8 years in quality engineering, software engineering, or product engineering, including at least 3 years leading a quality or testing function at senior level.
• Track record building test automation programs from low maturity and consolidating fragmented testing across multiple teams and products.
• Knowledge of GxP and requirements traceability in a regulated software environment; hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Experience defining or operating production evaluation frameworks for AI/ML features, or demonstrable experience building new technical practices from scratch.

Nice to have

• Experience with eCOA, patient-facing clinical trial software, or similar regulated healthtech; clinical research domain knowledge.
• Hands-on LLM evaluation, model monitoring, or agentic AI quality experience; familiarity with ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
