What you'll do
- Set regional strategy and oversee clinical trial operations, monitoring practices, quality, speed, and compliance.
- Lead budgets, resource planning, outsourcing, frameworks, processes, and performance reporting.
- Hire and develop direct reports and collaborate with regional and global partners.
