About the job
Owns the setup and execution of flight-hardware production, building processes and teams from initial fabrication through integration and test.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end production, including kitting, assembly, integration, and testing; address build issues and manufacturability concerns with engineering.
- Establish production processes, schedules, controls, and metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead technicians and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and leadership on priorities, risks, and schedule.

Pay
$115,500 - $140,000 USD base salary; $135,500 - $170,000 USD base salary
