What you'll do
- Supervise daily wire harness and cable assembly production, scheduling work and forecasting staffing capacity.
- Ensure build specifications, quality standards, audits, and on-time delivery; resolve recurring issues and reduce scrap.
- Coach and train production staff, maintain 5S and continuous improvement, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
