Leads and supports a production-floor team by coordinating training, workflow, safety, quality, and continuous improvement activities.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and monitor employee training, maintain the training matrix, and provide performance feedback to supervisors.
- Monitor production workflow, ensure safe and compliant operations, and verify that manufacturing instructions and process steps are followed.
- Complete production transactions and quality documentation, track operational metrics, and arrange continuous improvement activities.
