Own full-cycle recruiting and build the hiring processes and reporting that support Ataraxis AI’s growth.
What you'll do
- Manage recruiting from sourcing through offer close, using creative sourcing methods and AI-powered tools.
- Build interview processes, scorecards, candidate experience, and funnel and time-to-fill reporting.
- Manage outside recruiting partners as needed and help shape team growth.
