Leads product design across DX, turning complex engineering data into clear, actionable experiences and setting the product’s design direction.
What you'll do
- Set DX’s end-to-end experience vision and influence product strategy, roadmap priorities, and backlog.
- Lead customer research and high-impact design work from discovery through implementation and iteration; use AI and code to prototype and contribute to production.
- Establish scalable design patterns, track experience outcomes, and mentor designers across the team.
