- Lead customer discovery, co-build Rovo agents and configure connectors, then guide deployments from sandbox to production.
- Own engagement methodology and playbooks; train team members on Rovo capabilities and engagement standards.
- Partner with customer, account, and product teams to plan adoption, share field feedback, and improve the adoption motion.
