Leads design strategy and a team of designers building Atlassian’s AI-native Strategy Collection, simplifying complex enterprise planning and portfolio workflows for business leaders.
What you'll do
- Define the 0-to-1 design vision and establish interaction paradigms for Strategy Collection.
- Set design quality standards and manage, coach, and scale a team of 5–10 designers.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders on roadmap and strategic bets, while championing AI-native design workflows and advocating for enterprise users.

$221,400 - $289,050 USD base salary; $199,260 - $260,145 USD base salary; $183,762 - $239,912 USD base salary
