Leads the TDP SQL engineering organization, strategy, delivery, reliability, and cost outcomes for Atlassian’s managed relational database platform.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop engineering managers and engineers, including hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
- Set and execute the platform roadmap, translating enterprise and customer needs into measurable plans and coordinating cross-team delivery.
