Build and lead production machine-learning and evaluation systems that improve Rovo Chat’s quality, agent capabilities, and customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Architect and build scalable ML and evaluation systems, including datasets, simulations, automated judges, regression suites, and quality signals.
- Improve Rovo’s agentic capabilities and use evaluation findings to identify failures, ship interventions, and measure customer impact.
- Lead cross-functional technical initiatives, set quality standards, and mentor engineers.
