Senior Solution Consultant, Cloud Platform and AI

What you'll do

• Partner with customers and Advisory Services colleagues to achieve strategic outcomes using Atlassian products, practices, and solutions.
• Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance, and identify opportunities for service and product expansion.
• Advocate for customer needs across Atlassian; travel domestically and sometimes internationally up to 30% of the time.

What they ask for

• 6–8 years of experience within SaaS companies.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles influencing stakeholders from technical administrators to executive leadership.
• Expertise administering Atlassian Cloud ecosystems, SaaS architectures and integrations, security considerations, and Cloud migrations across customer scales and deployment models.
• AI expertise including Rovo Agents, LLMs, generative content, prompt engineering, chat-mediated interactions, and designing enterprise proof-of-concept solutions.

Nice to have

• A second business-communication language such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
• Experience coaching best practices, cross-team projects, or working with large customers in a consulting or technical expert capacity.

Pay

$159,300 - $207,975 USD base salary; $143,370 - $187,178 USD base salary; $132,219 - $172,619 USD base salary
