Leads a team developing and delivering mixed-signal PCBs and hardware for quantum-computer control systems, from architecture and design through validation and production.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and contribute hands-on to PCB design, bring-up, and testing.
- Manage hardware projects, vendor relationships, milestones, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Drive root-cause investigations and process improvements for quality, verification, and production.
