About the job

Build, align, characterize, and verify optical breadboards and laser-delivery assemblies for neutral-atom quantum computers, then deliver them with alignment records to system integration.

What you'll do

  • Assemble and align optical components and fiber-coupling assemblies to establish specified beam paths and subsystem interfaces.
  • Measure optical performance, troubleshoot alignment issues, and complete approved verification and rework procedures.
  • Document assembly details and measurements, and hand off verified assemblies to System Integration & Test.

What they ask for

  • Hands-on experience with optical assembly, free-space alignment, fiber coupling, and characterization of precision laser or photonics hardware.
  • Experience building from controlled optical layouts and recording repeatable measurements for subsystem acceptance.

Nice to have
