Sets up, optimizes, and troubleshoots injection molding presses to meet quality and cycle-time targets while minimizing scrap and downtime.
What you'll do
- Set up molds, materials, and auxiliary equipment; start and dial in molding processes.
- Monitor machine performance, inspect first pieces, and troubleshoot defects or dimensional issues.
- Maintain process documentation, support maintenance, and coordinate with Quality and Tooling teams.
