Implements Atominvest’s platform for private markets clients by configuring workflows, migrating data, testing features, and supporting onboarding and customer issues.
What you'll do
- Configure customer data, requirements, and workflows in the platform; support onboarding, data migration, and UAT.
- Analyze client datasets and fund structures, and coordinate QA testing and troubleshooting with Product and Engineering.
- Handle support tickets, document technical processes, and support smooth transitions to ongoing customer management.
