Provides employment-law counsel to HR and business leaders, handling workforce matters, litigation, investigations, policies, and compliance across Atoms’ business lines.
What you'll do
- Advise HR and business leaders on employment matters, workforce planning, and compliance throughout the employment cycle.
- Support employment litigation, investigations, and negotiations; draft and review employment agreements and related documents.
- Develop employment policies and compliance documentation, and advise on staffing, classification, and workforce integrations.
