About the job
Provide in-house counsel on disputes and litigation, managing matters from early risk assessment through resolution and building scalable dispute-management processes.
What you'll do
- Advise business units throughout the dispute lifecycle and lead litigation and arbitration matters, including management of outside counsel.
- Manage internal discovery and e-discovery, including legal holds, document collection, preservation, and production.
- Train business partners and develop processes, playbooks, templates, and reporting for consistent dispute management.
