Leads the data engineering and insights organization, modernizing Otter’s analytics platform and delivering governed, customer-facing metrics and AI-powered insights.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end Otter Insights strategy, from data pipelines and semantic modeling to embedded analytics.
- Lead real-time and batch data pipelines, data governance, and high-performance analytics applications and APIs.
- Hire, coach, and retain a cross-functional team; set technical direction and deploy AI insights with guardrails and observability.
