Leads the observability team and roadmap, improving monitoring, incident response, and cost efficiency across Atoms’ infrastructure and physical-domain systems.
What you'll do
- Lead six engineers responsible for logs, metrics, traces, and event-based monitoring across company infrastructure.
- Own and execute the observability and cost roadmap, coordinating directly with engineering managers and driving down incident detection and mitigation times.
- Maintain and extend the observability stack while supporting the team technically and developing engineers’ careers.
