Build and lead Atoms’ employee experience function, covering onboarding, engagement, internal communications, learning, events, and change communications.
What you'll do
- Set the strategy and build programs for onboarding, engagement, internal communications, and learning.
- Lead company events and communications, including new hire orientation, all-hands, and organizational change communications.
- Use engagement, onboarding, and attrition data to guide investment; hire and develop a small team.
